The menu bar has several
buttons that you can use to navigate around the application
or to assist you as you use the electronic directory. The
buttons will display on the menu bar according to the selected
tab. For example, if you select the "Directories" tab, the
menu bar displays the "Back", "Forward",
"Options", and "Help" buttons. If you
select the "View" tab, all of the buttons will appear.
The Back and Forward Buttons
The application keeps track of tabs, directories, sections and pages visited during the current session. Click the Back button to step back through this history and redisplay a previous view. Click the Forward button to step forward through the history to redisplay the next view.
The Options Button
Click this button to view or change your default settings. A dialog box appears when you click this button. It allows you to select your default directory and default section (such as Yellow Pages or White Pages), and your EZ-View settings. You can also use a slide bar to change the size of the "EZ-View" window. For more information, see "Changing Your Default Settings."
The Facing (Page) Button
This button toggles between Single and Facing page display modes. Single page mode displays one page at a time where Facing page mode displays two pages side-by-side. Click on this button to activate Facing page mode. The button will remain depressed to indicate Facing page mode is on. Click on the button again to return to Single page mode.
The Fit Page Button
Click this button to display an entire page in the directory window.
The Fit Width Button
Click this button to resize
the pages to fit the width of the window.
The Zoom In Button
Click this button to display
the pages at a larger size in the window.
The Zoom Out Button
Click this button to display
the pages at a smaller size in the window.
The Search Button
Click this button to open and close the Search bar that appears on the left side of the screen. This option is useful while viewing facing pages.
The EZ-View Button
Click this button to open a window that
displays and magnifies information that you have highlighted on a
directory page. You can highlight text such as names, addresses,
and phone numbers
of business or residential listings, as well as business Web site
URLs, email addresses, business hours, and other special information,
can not do advertisements. The "EZ-View" window
aids the visually impaired by isolating and magnifying text. You
can customize the electronic directory to always show the "EZ-View" window
and to set the size of the window. For more information, see "Changing

The Add Note Button
Click this button to add a Personal Note on a page. For additional information, please see the Add Note Feature under Help.
The Print Button
This button opens a dialog box that you can use to set options for printing.
The Page Buttons and Text Field
Click the left (Previous Page) and right
(Next Page) arrows to turn pages in the current directory. You can
also enter a page number in the text field and press the enter key
to jump to that page.
The Help Button
Click this button to display the "Main Topics" page of the help text.
